If you wish to return your order for ANY reason at all you can return it to us for a full refund within 60 days.
Our Return Policy
We take our photos in a studio environment and edit them with care. We ensure that the images that you see on our webstore are exactly what you will get when you receive our product. We carefully measure, weigh and describe our products for you. Please take care to read our description and ensure that it is exactly what you need. That said, please remember that each screen is different in the way it shows colours. Please take this into account when making your selection. You are always welcome to ask us any questions. But, if you receive your order and it’s not 100% what you expected, please take full advantage of our return policy.
We know that sometimes, for whatever reason, you just don’t like the products you receive, even though there is nothing wrong with them. If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to refund, less postage costs, all products returned in original packaging in unused condition within 60 days.
As per Victoria Consumer laws, you are entitled to a full refund including return postage costs if:
- The goods are faulty
- The item is wrongly described
- The goods are very different from the image on the website.
When do items need to be returned by?
- For change of mind, you can return your items anytime within 60 days from the sale. This includes international customers.
- For product faults, products need to be returned within 14 days as per Australian law. We are, of course, very flexible with our international customers and will work with you closely to solve any issues.

How do you return our products?
Please contact us before you send your package so that we know it is on the way back. Also include a note with the original order number with your product. Then please send any returned items to the address above. We would recommend a trackable means of shipment for your protection.
Shipping for returns?
We always pay return shipping if an item is faulty, wrongly described or is different to the images on the website. If you change your mind, then you will be required to pay return postage. Please make sure you contact us if there is an issue with the actual product. We will require a photo or two as evidence – that’s fair.
Pay with PayPal and you may be eligible for free RETURNS.
Credit for returns?
Credits will be as refunds or exchange. Refunds on faulty products will also include the return postage for you. In rare cases when we may send you a faulty or defective product, we will process your exchange same day at our cost.
